The Agromo Platform
The Agromo web application is a modern cloud-based software-as-a-service web platform that allows its user to monitor the development of a large number of crop fields with different crops over a large territory. It allows the user to enter fields in multiple regions, and to monitor multiple crop types.
Continuous Monitoring
Once the user draws their fields or uploads their shapefiles, the platform downloads data from the start of the season and generates relevant satellite-based optical and SAR vegetation indices with short observation update times of up to 5 days.
Targeted Weather
The Agromo app calculates and displays, for each field, historical weather and forecasts, information on the state of the soil, and agrimeteorological metrics specific to each crop and season.
Actionable Insights
The Agromo platform features advanced models of crop development and forecasts of anticipated harvest dates and crop yield. Get warnings on slower than expected development and inhomogeneities in your fields that might signal disease or pests. Our integrated Expert Advice System provides timely, actionable information and suggestions.
Detailed Records
The Farmer’s Diary feature allows the user to record measurements and interventions on the field directly in the app, providing the system valuable information for the the crop development forecasting, and the user a handy historical record for each field separately.
